ERASMUS + PROJECT

PROJECT MOBILITIES
In our project, TPMs provide the ideal setting for strengthening team connections and checking the progress of the project and LTTs enable to add great value to our project because the staff of partner preschools will be extensively trained towards every objective of the project.
In this sense we had 3 TPMs and 3 LTTs
TPM -1 TÜRKİYE/ANKARA

Monday, 4th October was the first day of our mobility. The first meeting/ the opening ceremony was held in the Gümüşdere Campus.
All the partners participated in the meeting about clarifying the objectives, responsibilities and tasks/ distributing the tasks of subteams as described earlier/ reviewing plans, timetables, work plans / Anatolian University’s presentation for MOOC and e-book-They explained the resposibilities of participants from partner kindergartens
On the second day, in the morning session we made arrangements between the coordinator and thepartners, reviewed the risks, discussed the outline of the dissemination and exploitation plan.
In the afternoon session we had an on site visit to Kalaba Kindergarden.
On the last day we had a cultural visit to touristic places in Ankara
LTT- 1 SPAIN/SALAMANCA

On the first day of our mobility -Monday, 8th November- after ice breaking activities an academician from Salamanca University gave a short conference about the influence of the pandemic on children and preschools- World Café discussion (www.theworldcafe.com)- To share the ideas the participants discussed in groups followed by an exchange with the whole groups. Participants co-designed the format,content,methodology and scope of the eBook and MOOC. USAL made a presentation about different approaches and examples of use of ICT in a more efficient and meaningful way in preschool context.
On the second day our 3 kindergarden partners presented their case studies to show how early childhood education practitioners have used ICT. After the presentations we had feedback sessions.
On the third day we visited 2 preschools experienced in using ICT and distance learning in Salamanca for exchange of good practices and on-site experience. After the visits, all the participants shared their experiences and ideas in the feedback session.
On the last day Anatolia University made a presentaion about how to encourage creative uses of ICT tools, using ICT to document, share, and reflect on children’s learning and how to employ evidence based ICT teaching strategies in Early Childhood to develop child ICT capability. In the afternoon session we had closing ceremony and our certificates were presented.
TPM- 2 REPUBLIC OF NORTH MACEDONIA/SKOPJE

Tuesday, 26th April,2022 was the first day of our 2nd TPM. Opening Ceremony started with the speech of the school director Ms. Ajrije Dachi. In the morning session academician Aslı Yıldırım from Anadolu University made a presentation about the revision of delivery of project outputs. In the afternoon session Seçil Akçay Çardakkaya from Keçiören Directorate of National Education held a meeting with the coordinators to revise the budget and project outputs.
On the second day we visited 2 kindergartens in Skopje and on the last day we had a cultural visit
LTT-2 PRAGUE/ CZECH REPUBLIC

On the first day of our LTT program after icebreakers to know each other we had a training and workshop on pedagogical assessment in preschool education using the ICT. The Centre STEP introduced the tool and methods of pedagogical assessment in the Czech Republic.
On the second day we participated in the training sessions on ICT in the development of school readiness.
On the third day we had on-site visit to a preschool which use of digital technologies, and distinguished teacher-parent relationships and on the last day a specific digital tool helping the teachers to improve mutual communication was presented the the participants by Centre STEP staff. The content of eBook and MOOC were presented by Anadolu University academicians. After presentation of certificates the program ended.
LTT-3 Türkiye / Anadolu University

On the first day of our 4-day LTT program, we had a presentation and discussion on "tips for managing distance learning in pre-school education" under the moderation of Anadolu University academics. In the afternoon session, an evaluation meeting was held on the "Current issues on preschool education: Supporting pupils online, how to monitor online learning" the monitoring-evaluation activities of the students participants during online education during the pandemic. On the next day we paid a short visit to the Campus Kindergarten and then we had a reflection session on the experience. On the third day of our program an academician from Salamanca University performed an online conference about “ICT and safety of children. Teaching critical, ethical and safe use of ICT in pre-service teacher education. Health-and-safety issues and other risks associated with technology used by young children”. On the last day before closing ceremony we visited Research Centre for Education of Hearing-Impaired Children, Research Institute for Individuals with Disabilities and Research Centre for Speech and Language Disorders in the campus.
TPM-3 BELGIUM/BRUSSELS

The meeting was to focus on the overall review and sustainability of the project. In this respect on the first day an academician from Anadolu University presented the final version of e-book and MOOC. He collected the last reviews from each partners. We talked about the final report details. On the second day we paid a on-site visit to Telescoop and then we shared experiences. On the last day of our program we had a discussion session about dissemination&output activities and sustainability of the project&partnership. In the afternoon session there was a closing ceremony of our project.
